DELIVERY OF GOODS

Physical goods may be delivered by United States Postal Services and/or other reputable courier companies. Deliveries are processed promptly upon receipt of full payment. Delivery may take between 2 and 14 days, depending on the delivery option. Damaged or lost orders should be resolved with USPS or the courier company directly and we are not responsible for goods that are damaged in transit or not received. Replacement of damaged or lost items is made at the discretion of Tisha Benoit and/or Le Club Travel and Tours.

Digital goods are delivered within 24 hours. Please be aware there are inherent risks associated with downloading any software and digital goods. Should you have any technical problems downloading any of our goods, please contact us so we may try to assist you.

REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns on products and our programs, including coaching, consultations, speaking, training, events, digital products, travel memberships or vacation rentals, are all non-refundable.

CANCELLATION, LATE SHOW, AND NO SHOW POLICY

It is the policy of Tisha Benoit and/or Le Club Travel and Tours to require a 24-hour advance notice for all cancellations and rescheduling of appointments. We do everything we can to accommodate your scheduling needs and we appreciate the same consideration when cancelling or changing your appointments. We are serious about taking care of our clients. Your late cancellation means that another client who wanted ‘your’ appointment, may not be able to come in on short notice. We appreciate your consideration.

We do understand that ‘life happens’ and things come up that necessitate a last minute change, so a pass or even two can be given for those life events that necessitate your late cancellation. However, if you are a chronic ‘late-canceller’, we reserve the right to charge $25 for each incident.

If life happens and you no-show more than once, (no-show means you did not bother to late text or call to cancel/reschedule) you will be required to pay the full price of a session in order to reschedule.

New clients who no-show will be charged the $25 rescheduling fee, or may not be rescheduled.

After that, we are unable to provide a complete service for you and will have to reschedule your appointment. If you are chronically late (more than 3 times), we reserve the right to discontinue services.
